About

Mike Pacelia, along with his wife Lauren and sons Nash, Hayes, and Ford.

One of the biggest downsides in the construction industry nowadays is that contractors have so much work to do, and not enough time in a day, week or month.  This leads to your projects being put on the back burner, making you feel out of touch and in the dark on what progress is going to be made and when.

Our values align with active listening and effective communication. We provide timely progress reports so the homeowner feels confident with their investment. With NHF there will always be an emphasis on quality craftmanship.

Michael purchased a historic 1780 colonial in Rocky Hill, CT and with his vision created a beautiful, functional space for his family to enjoy year round. Mixing the 244 year old historic charm with modern updates proved to be seamless.

At a young age, he grew a passion for all things construction, and started his journey.  Along the way, him and his wife Lauren continued to raise 3 boys together, Nash, Hayes and Ford.  Through his hard work and dedication, Mike continues to instill the values of hard work, integrity and efficiency into his boys every day.

And what better way to show them these values, by taking their own family home, built in 1780 in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, and completely transforming it to a beautiful place for them to enjoy for many years to come.
